Wavestock is a trading name of Nuvela Group LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, and these Terms govern your use of wavestock.us and anything you buy through it. Our store runs on Shopify's platform, which is what makes the checkout, hosting, and payment processing possible. By browsing the site or placing an order, you're agreeing to what's below — if any part of it doesn't work for you, the best move is not to use the site.
Who Can Use This Site
You need to be at least the age of majority where you live to use our Services, and your account is yours alone — it's not something you can hand off or sell to someone else. Whatever happens under your login is your responsibility, so keep your credentials to yourself.
What You'll Find Here
We do our best to represent our furniture and lighting accurately, but screen settings, lighting, and natural material variation mean a finish or color might look slightly different once it arrives. Some pieces require assembly, and we include the hardware and instructions needed to put them together. We can pull a product, limit how much of it you can buy, or change its listing at any time without warning.
Placing an Order
An order you submit is really an offer to buy, and we get to decide whether to accept it. Nothing is final until we confirm it and your payment goes through — so double-check your cart before submitting. If you need to return or exchange something afterward, that's spelled out separately in our Refund Policy.
Pricing and Payment
Everything on the site is priced in US Dollars, and prices can shift without advance notice — whatever's shown at checkout when you place the order is what applies. Taxes, shipping, and any import costs are added on top unless we say otherwise. You're responsible for giving us accurate payment and billing details and keeping them current.
Getting It to You
Delivery timelines listed on the site are our best estimate, not a promise — carriers, customs, and weather are outside our control, and can push a shipment past its window. Specifics on carriers and timing live in our Shipping Policy. Once a package is in a carrier's hands, responsibility for it shifts to them.
What Belongs to Us
Everything published on this site — product photography, written descriptions, our logo, layout, and design — belongs to Nuvela Group LLC or is used with permission, and is protected under US intellectual property law. Copying, redistributing, or reusing any of it commercially without our written go-ahead isn't allowed. If you think something on our site infringes rights you hold, email support@wavestock.us with the details and we'll look into it.
Third-Party Tools and Links
We sometimes point to or integrate tools built by other companies. We don't vouch for them, don't control them, and aren't responsible if something goes wrong while you're using them — that risk is yours. The same goes for any outside websites we link to; visiting them is at your own discretion.
How Your Information Fits In
Anything personal you share with us through the site — placing an order, signing up for emails, or reaching out to support — is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which spells out exactly what we collect and why.
If You Send Us Feedback
Ideas, reviews, or suggestions you share with us become something we're free to use however we see fit, without owing you anything for it. By sending it, you're confirming it's actually yours to give.

To whatever extent the law allows, neither Wavestock nor Nuvela Group LLC — nor our employees, officers, or partners — is on the hook for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses tied to using our site or products, things like lost profits or data included. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it, such as for fraud or injury caused by our negligence.
If Something Goes Wrong Because of You
If a claim comes our way because you broke these Terms, broke a law, or violated someone else's rights, you agree to cover the costs and defend us against it.
If One Part Doesn't Hold Up
Should a court find any single provision here unenforceable, that piece gets set aside while the rest of the agreement carries on as normal.
The Whole Picture
These Terms, along with our other posted policies, make up the complete agreement between you and us about using this site — replacing anything discussed or agreed to beforehand.
Whose Law Applies
These Terms follow the laws of Colorado and the United States, and any dispute that can't be worked out directly falls under Colorado court jurisdiction. If you're ordering from Canada, this doesn't take away any consumer protections guaranteed to you under your province's laws.
If These Terms Change
We can update these Terms whenever needed by posting a revised version here. Using the site after an update means you've accepted whatever changed.
